Meet Amanda

Amanda is the Community Manager at Ello Houe and has more than eight years of experience in multi-family property management and customer service. When she is not onsite, she can mostly be found spending time with her husband and two kids. Some of her favorite things to do are reading, running, and testing local wines and ciders. One of her favorite lunch places in the LoSo area is State of Confusion for their Aji Chicken Eggrolls.

Meet Evan

For the past three years, Evan has dedicated his talents to help others find their home in Charlotte. His approach to leasing, coupled with his innate ability to connect with prospective residents, enabled him to match those with their perfect living spaces while fostering a sense of community within the properties he managed. Evan's outstanding performance was acknowledged with the prestigious Greystar 2022 Leasing Professional of the Year award. Beyond his professional accolades, Evan is a passionate fan of Philadelphia sports teams. For Evan, being a fan of Philadelphia sports isn't just a hobby; it's a way of life. As you will often hear him say, go birds! In addition to his love for sports, Evan is an enthusiastic advocate for Charlotte's vibrant craft beer scene. He enjoys discovering new flavors and supporting local breweries. Whether he's savoring a hoppy IPA or a rich stout at a neighborhood taproom, Evan's passion for craft beer reflects his appreciation for creativity, craftsmanship, and community. Meet Lauren

Lauren Christiano is a seasoned property management professional with a deep passion for both her work and her personal interests. With a career spanning five years in the field, Lauren has distinguished herself as a dedicated and compassionate leader, known for her exceptional management skills and her unwavering commitment to creating thriving communities. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lauren is a devoted dog lover, with a special place in her heart for her own furry friend, Maverick. In addition to her love for dogs, Lauren is also passionate about spending her weekends enjoying the luxuries Southend has to offer. One of her favorite spots is in LoSo, where she enjoys listening to live music at Goldies. As Lauren continues to pursue her passion for property management and immerse herself in the things she loves, she remains dedicated to creating communities where residents feel valued, supported, and at home.

Meet Xavier

Xavier is the Leasing Professional at Ello House and has over nine years of customer service experience. Xavier is a proud dad to a flappy-eared doxiepoo named Darrius. Some of his favorite things to do are binge-watching TV shows, traveling, and ordering out. He loves being able to meet new people and help them find their new home here at Ello House. One of his favorite lunch places in the LoSo area is Rally Pickleball for their carne asada tacos.

Meet William

William is the Service Supervisor at Ello House He has 7 years of experience with Greystar Management and enjoys hands-on problem-solving. William is a transplant to Charlotte, from Washington DC where he was employed in the Hospitality, and service industry. He enjoys family time with his kids and animals when not at work, and BBQ is top on his list of weekend adventures/hobbies.
